• Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services.
• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at marketing@kaigentdigital.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our services are designed to provide AI voice agents and lead automation. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

In no event shall Kaigent Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
